Geen standaard Valentijnscadeau: wat geef je als je iets wilt geven dat écht past?

Not a standard Valentine's Day gift: what do you give when you want to give something that really fits?

Nancy Breedevelt-Bronk

Valentine's Day doesn't have to follow a set script.

Not everyone wants flowers, not everyone wears jewelry, and not everyone is waiting for a gift that disappears into a drawer after one day.

We hear that question often: What do you give when you want to give something, but aren't looking for a standard Valentine's gift?

For many people, the answer isn't in a single category.

It lies in something that fits the other person. In how they live, take care of themselves, how they feel. Sometimes that is something tangible, sometimes something practical, and sometimes something someone wouldn't buy for themselves easily, but uses every day.

We see customers increasingly choosing gifts that last. Something that holds meaning not just on Valentine's Day, but afterwards too.

That could be jewelry, but just as easily something for care, relaxation, or daily routine. Not a ‘love gift’, but a ‘thoughtful gift’.

Valentine's isn't about big or small. It's about observing, thinking along, and choosing something that says: this suits you.

And that doesn't have to be complicated at all.

That is why we are keeping Valentine's intentionally simple this year. From February 1 to 14, 2026, you receive a 14% discount on the entire webshop (excluding sale items). Not because you have to, but so you can choose at your leisure — without being stuck to one category or idea.
