We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Products marked as 'final sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to return:
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Make sure the product is unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Pack the product securely for shipping and return it to the return address provided.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the purchase price according to the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs.
