Shipping & collection

When will my order be delivered?

We ship all orders placed before 5:00 PM the same day. From that moment on, the delivery time in the Netherlands is 1 to 2 working days. For orders shipped to Belgium, France or Germany, the delivery time is 2 to 4 working days.

What does shipping cost?

This depends on your order. The standard shipping rate within the Netherlands is €6.95.

The standard shipping rate for Belgian and/or German orders is €9.70

From what purchase amount will my order be shipped free of charge?

From €50.00 we will ship your order free in the Netherlands. From €75.00 to Belgium, Germany and France!

Is it possible to collect my order for free?

Yes! Super fun even, then we also see the faces of our customers. Orders can be collected by appointment in Voorschoten.

Would you like to pick up your order? Then choose the pick-up option during checkout.

Which carriers do you send the packages with?

We send packages in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany with PostNL.

Returns

Can I return my order?

What a shame that your order is not to your liking.

Request a return label via info@nanceathome.nl and we will send your return label by email within 1 working day.

When requesting the return label, please state your order number and the products you want to return.

What does shipping cost?

This depends on your order. The standard shipping rate within the Netherlands is €6.95.

Are returns free?

The costs for returning will only be reimbursed by Nance@Home if the complete order is returned.

Are you returning part of your order? Then the costs for returning are for your own account.

Did we ship your order for free? Then the return costs are for your own account.

How do I get a return label?

Send an email to info@nanceathome.nlwith your order number and which items you want to return.

We will send a return label by email within one working day with which you can return the products.

After receiving your return, we will transfer the purchase amount back to you within 2 working days.

When will you refund my return?

As soon as we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email.

After processing, the return amount will be transferred back to you within 2 to 3 working days.

We will make it return amount to the bank account number or credit card number with which the payment was made.

With which payment methods can I pay?

At Nance@Home you can pay with iDeal (Netherlands), Bancontact (Belgium) and Mastercard, Visa and Maestro credit cards (Netherlands and Belgium).

Apple Pay and Google Pay are also possible. to help pay.

Finally, we also have PayPal as a payment method

Can I pay as a Belgian customer?

Yes! We also accept Bancontact as a means of payment. Do you prefer to pay with Mastercard or Visa? We also accept these payment methods.

Can I pay as a German customer?

Yes! We also accept PayPal as a payment method. Do you prefer to pay with Mastercard or Visa? We also accept these payment methods.

Can I pay as a French customer?

Yes! We also accept PayPal as a payment method. Do you prefer to pay with Mastercard or Visa? We also accept these payment methods.

Is payment safe with you?

Yes! All Nance@Home payments are processed by the secure and encrypted payment platform Shopify Payments.

Payment data cannot be traced, intercepted or used by third parties. This data is also not stored in our own systems.

How soon can I expect my refund?

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email from us. After receiving this email, you can expect your payment to be refunded to your account within 2 to 3 working days.
